1. Are your plates road legal?
Yes – we offer both road-legal and show plates. Road-legal plates are made to DVLA standards, including correct font, spacing, and reflective backing. Show plates are for off-road or decorative use and do not follow DVLA rules.
2. What’s the difference between a show plate and a road-legal plate?
A road-legal plate must follow DVLA regulations and is suitable for use on public roads. A show plate can feature creative fonts, custom spacing, colours, and graphics – but it is not legal for road use.
3. How do I design my plate?
Use our online plate builder to choose your plate size, enter your text, and customise fonts, colours, borders, flags, and styles like 3D or 4D gel. You’ll see a live preview before ordering.
4. Do I need to provide ID or documentation?
For road-legal number plates, yes – we’re required by law to see proof of ID and entitlement (such as a V5C logbook). Show plates do not require documentation.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping option, but most UK orders arrive in 2–4 working days.

6. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss your options.
7. What are 3D and 4D plates?

3D plates use raised gel letters with a glossy finish.

4D plates feature laser-cut acrylic characters for a sharper, bolder look.
Both styles are available for road use (if compliant) or as show plates.

8. Can I return or cancel my order?
As our plates are custom-made, we can only accept returns or cancellations in specific cases (e.g. damaged on arrival or incorrect due to our error). Please double-check your design before confirming your order.
9. What if there’s an issue with my plate?
If your plate arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve any genuine issues promptly and fairly.
